Returns
For items which are custom made to order, Tiny Tiger Threads is unable to accept returns unless the product arrives to you damaged. If buying a pre-made items, returns are accepted up to 14 days after receipt of your item/s under the condition that the item/s have not been worn or washed and are in original condition as sent.
Refunds (damaged items only)
Custom made: if you believe an item has arrived damaged you must contact us BEFORE washing the item and within 14 days of receiving . No refunds are available on worn or washed items. Once the return is agreed and received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If buying a pre-made items, refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
No refunds on postage costs and return postage is at the expense of purchaser except in the case of damaged items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace custom made items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tinytigerthreads@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving.
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty please contact me and I will cover postage costs. I will then endeavour to fix the problem, and if this isn’t achievable an alternative will be offered and failing that a full refund will be issued if your claim is in line with the policies outlined above.
